On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the price for each possible scoreline through buying and selling shares. The current probability for any specific outcome is derived from the share price, with liquid markets typically showing tighter spreads for more likely scores. As match day approaches and new information arises—such as player injuries or weather conditions—these prices can shift rapidly to reflect updated expectations.
This market resolves around Aug 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score reported by official league sources or widely trusted sports news outlets will determine which exact score share holders are paid out for, closing the market once the match concludes and results are officially recorded.
Injuries to key players, weather updates affecting match conditions, and tactical changes announced by coaches can all shift this market. Additionally, early goal developments during the live match may cause rapid price adjustments, as traders react to the evolving probability of various final scores. Any last-minute lineup changes or crowd disruptions could also influence trader sentiment and move odds significantly before the game ends.
