The market resolves based on which team scores more runs in the 8th inning of the specified San Francisco vs Pittsburgh baseball game. If San Francisco scores more runs in that inning, the 'San Francisco wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Pittsburgh scores more runs, the 'Pittsburgh wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored during the 8th inning count; any runs from other innings are irrelevant. Should the game end prematurely before the 8th inning is fully completed, all markets will resolve to a Fair Price.
