If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the completion of the 3rd inning, all markets will resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 3rd inning are considered; performance in any other inning does not affect the outcome.
