Description

This market focuses on determining which team will score more runs in the first inning of an upcoming baseball game between San Francisco and Boston. It captures the early momentum of the match, reflecting how teams perform in the initial phase of play.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on the number of runs each team scores specifically during the first inning of the scheduled game. If San Francisco scores more runs than Boston in the first inning, the 'San Francisco wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Boston scores more runs than San Francisco in the same inning, the 'Boston wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Should neither team score more runs than the other—meaning the inning ends in a tie—the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored within the first inning are considered for resolution. If the game is called or halted before the completion of the first inning, all markets will resolve to a Fair Price.
