This event tracks whether starting pitchers Bryce Elder or JP Sears records specific thresholds of strikeouts during the San Diego vs Atlanta game on July 20, 2026. A strikeout occurs when a pitcher throws three strikes to a batter.

Kalshi

Settlement depends on pitcher participation status. If a pitcher is scratched or is not a starting pitcher, the market resolves to fair market price. If a pitcher is not a starting pitcher but later enters the game in relief, the market resolves to fair market price and relief appearances do not count. Only starting pitchers who record at least one pitch will have their strikeouts counted toward settlement.
