This group forecasts the outcome of a USL Championship soccer game between San Antonio FC and FC Tulsa scheduled for September 5, 2026. Markets ask whether San Antonio will win, Tulsa will win, or the game will end in a draw, all determined after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
This event is for the upcoming USL Championship game, scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026 between San Antonio FC and FC Tulsa.
The event resolves based on the official result of the San Antonio vs. Tulsa professional USL Championship soccer match scheduled for September 5, 2026, after the full 90 minutes of play plus any stoppage time, but not including extra time or penalty kicks. Three possible outcomes are considered: a win for San Antonio, a win for Tulsa, or a tie. If the match concludes with one team scoring more goals than the other within regulation time, the corresponding market (San Antonio or Tulsa) resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of goals during regulation, the Tie market resolves to Yes. Should the match be cancelled or rescheduled to a date more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the markets will resolve to a fair price as determined by the event rules. The resolution strictly follows the result after regulation and stoppage time, with no consideration given to post-regulation proceedings such as extra time or penalty shootouts.
Prediction market odds on this market often reflect sharper, more nuanced insights because traders can continuously adjust positions based on new information. By contrast, traditional sportsbook odds are typically set by a smaller group of analysts and may lag in updating. The prediction market price incorporates a broader range of signals — from injury reports to weather conditions — and can therefore diverge noticeably from sportsbook lines, sometimes offering better value for informed bettors.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can vary due to differences in user bases, liquidity, and trading activity. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, one platform might attract more local fans who strongly favor a particular outcome, skewing its probability. Additionally, each venue has its own fee structure and market design, which influences how traders place bets and therefore how prices form. These factors combined often lead to distinct valuations even when tracking the same event.
