PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Fundamental settlement value mismatch: Polymarket uses team-name outcomes with tie/cancellation handling, while Kalshi appears to use a binary Yes/No format that lacks explicit tie/cancellation rulesHero tip: Do not hedge positions across these platforms. Polymarket provides explicit 50-50 resolution for ties/cancellations while Kalshi's binary logic creates unresolved risk for non-win outcomes. Prefer Polymarket for full outcome coverage

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Resolves to team name if that team wins, 50-50 for ties/cancellations - explicit handling of all game states
  • Kalshi: Resolves to Yes if either team wins with no explicit handling for ties/cancellations in provided rules
