On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different outcomes. The price of each share reflects the market's collective belief about the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to incorporate new information and perspectives. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price is driven by supply and demand; if more traders believe an outcome is likely, they will bid up the price of shares representing that outcome, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date assessment of the event's potential results.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before Sep 26, 2026. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or unexpected weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Furthermore, significant bets placed by influential traders on Polymarket could also cause noticeable price fluctuations. Public opinion, as reflected in polls or social media discussions, may also play a role, though to a lesser extent. Unexpected developments during the first half of the match would likely have the most substantial impact on the market, as traders adjust their predictions based on the unfolding events.
