On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders manually place bets for each possible exact score, determining the probability of every outcome through supply and demand. The current top outcome — the scoreline with the highest chance according to the market — reflects aggregated user expectations, while less common scores have correspondingly lower implied probabilities. Volume and recent trades continuously reshape these odds as new data influences betting behavior.
This market resolves around Aug 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact final score reported by official match records will settle all positions, assigning winnings to traders who backed the correct scoreline. No additional interpretation or judgment is required beyond the publicly confirmed result.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions affecting pitch quality, or strategic changes by coaches can all shift expectations for the exact score and move this market. High-profile player performances, recent head-to-head statistics, and even pre-match betting trends may cause traders to adjust their positions, especially as the match date nears. Any development that alters perceived control or scoring potential can reshape market probabilities dramatically.
