Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Kalshi markets resolve based on the first team to score within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs. Neither market considers a score during extra time or penalties as valid for resolution.Primary resolution logic: Official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with credible reporting as a fallback if official statistics are unavailable within 2 hours after the event

Core resolution logic:

  • The market resolves to the team that scores first within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time
  • If neither team scores within this timeframe, the market resolves to "Neither"
  • Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded from consideration

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Postponement: If the game is postponed, the market remains open until the game is completed
  • Cancellation: If the game is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the market resolves to "Neither"
  • Delayed Statistics: If official statistics are not published within 2 hours after the event, a consensus of credible reporting may be used
Timing: Resolution occurs after the match concludes, based on official statistics or credible reporting if necessaryOur PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms.
