Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, with consistent handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official statistics from La Liga 2 governing body or event organizers (laliga.com), with fallback to credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves YES if Real Zaragoza wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Market resolves YES if AD Ceuta FC wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Market resolves YES if the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Exactly one of these three outcomes will occur and resolve to YES; the other two resolve to NO.
Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from resolution scope.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed and the final result is determined.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the draw market resolves YES and the win markets resolve NO.
Resolution Source Timing: Official governing body statistics are the primary source. If not published within 2 hours of match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used as fallback.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by La Liga 2 or event organizers, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
