Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome (Real Sociedad vs. Deportivo Alavés on April 11, 2026) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time, using the same primary source (La Liga official statistics) and applying identical logic across all three possible outcomes (win, draw, loss).
Primary resolution logic:
Official La Liga statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves based on the final score after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time (no extra time or penalties).
Real Sociedad win market resolves YES if Real Sociedad scores more goals; NO otherwise.
Draw market resolves YES if both teams score equal goals; NO otherwise.
Alavés win market resolves YES if Alavés scores more goals; NO otherwise.
Exactly one of the three markets will resolve YES; the other two will resolve NO.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until completion.
If the match is canceled with no make-up game, Real Sociedad and Alavés win markets resolve NO; draw market resolves YES.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is played and completed.
Match Cancellation Without Make-up: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the draw market resolves YES and both win markets resolve NO.
Delayed Official Statistics: If La Liga does not publish official match statistics within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may use consensus from credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official La Liga publication of final match statistics, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are unavailable.
