Opinion
This market refers to the La Liga match between Real Betis (BET) and Real Sociedad (RSO), scheduled for 2026-08-21 19:00 UTC. - BET: If Real Betis wins, the outcome is settled as "Yes"; otherwise "No". - DRAW: If the match ends in a draw, the outcome is "Yes". - RSO: If Real Sociedad wins, the outcome is "Yes"; otherwise "No". Settlement will be based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes) plus stoppage time. If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match is played and completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, the DRAW option will resolve to "Yes", while both BET and RSO options will resolve to "No". The primary settlement source will be the official result published by La Liga. If the governing body or event organizers have not published the final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus from credible sources may be used instead. Note: Opinion will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution. On Opinion, the odds in this market reflect collective trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction markets often price in nuanced factors like recent form and tactical matchups that sportsbooks may simplify. While sportsbooks incorporate broader public betting patterns and adjusted margins, this market offers a purer view of informed community expectations. Traders on Opinion set prices through direct participation, which can diverge from sportsbook odds based on real-time data and shifting opinions in the trading community.
On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Opinion, traders actively buy and sell contracts representing possible outcomes, driving the current implied probabilities. The platform’s pricing mechanism updates continuously based on order flow and open interest, reflecting the latest community consensus. Factors such as recent performance metrics, head-to-head history, and even mid-week training updates influence trader behavior. This dynamic process allows this market to capture rapid shifts in expectation that might not be immediately reflected in more static sportsbook lines.
