All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the likelihood of each exact score. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price will move accordingly. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before a substantial amount of volume is traded, as the market aggregates information and adjusts its probabilities.
This market resolves around Sep 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score at the end of the first half of the RCD Espanyol de Barcelona versus Elche CF match will determine the winning outcome. The resolution will be based on the official match data available from reputable sports news sources and official league records. Traders will be able to see the final result reflected in the market’s settlement details shortly after the first half concludes.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before the end of the first half. Any news regarding team lineups, injuries to key players on either Espanyol or Elche, or even changes in weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. In-game events during the first half, such as early goals, red cards, or significant tactical adjustments, will also likely cause rapid price movements. Unexpected pre-match announcements or even significant betting activity on sportsbooks could also impact trading volume and prices on Polymarket.
