Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 11, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Bundesliga statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours of match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
The match outcome is determined by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only (no extra time or penalties).
Three mutually exclusive outcomes exist: RB Leipzig wins, Borussia Mönchengladbach wins, or the match ends in a draw.
Exactly one of the three outcome markets will resolve YES; the other two resolve NO.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the draw market resolves YES and both team-win markets resolve NO.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the rescheduled match is completed and a result is determined.
Cancellation with No Make-Up: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the draw market resolves YES and both team-win markets (Leipzig and Mönchengladbach) resolve NO.
Delayed Official Statistics: If Bundesliga does not publish official statistics within 2 hours of match conclusion, resolution may proceed using consensus from credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of final match statistics by Bundesliga or event organizers, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
