This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Team Orchid and Soul's Heart Esport in the Asia Pacific League Asia - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 25 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Team Orchid" if Team Orchid win the match against Soul's Heart Esport. This market will resolve to "Soul's Heart Esport" if Soul's Heart Esport win the match against Team Orchid. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price outcomes using different mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds based on internal models and risk management, then adjust for liability. Prediction markets like this one rely on trader consensus—odds emerge from thousands of independent bets, reflecting real-time belief about the match result. Prediction markets often incorporate breaking news faster than sportsbooks update their lines. However, sportsbook odds may reflect sharper professional action, while prediction markets can be influenced by retail sentiment. Comparing both sources helps identify where consensus diverges and which venue may be undervaluing or overvaluing this market.
On Polymarket, traders set the price of this market through an automated market maker that balances supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each share represents a claim on the outcome, and the current price reflects the collective probability estimate across all active traders. As new information surfaces—team roster changes, recent performance, or match conditions—traders adjust their positions, moving the price. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices respond to news. The market's current odds represent the marginal trader's assessment, not a consensus forecast, so prices can shift substantially between trades depending on order flow and market depth.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the final match result—which team wins the best-of-one contest in the Asia Pacific League Stage 1 Group Stage. Resolution occurs after the match is officially completed and confirmed by league sources or reputable esports news outlets. Traders should monitor official league schedules and team announcements to track any delays or rescheduling that might affect the resolution timeline.
Several catalysts could shift odds before resolution. Player roster changes, injuries, or last-minute substitutions for either team would likely trigger repricing. Recent match results, win streaks, or performance trends in the league could influence trader confidence. Meta shifts in Rainbow Six Siege—balance patches or map rotations—may favor one team's playstyle. Team announcements about preparation, coaching changes, or strategic adjustments could move sentiment. Betting syndicates or sharp traders entering the market with large positions might also drive price movement. Monitor team social media, league updates, and esports news sources for developments that could reshape expectations before the match begins.
