This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between SCARZ and CAG Osaka in the Asia Pacific League APAC North - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 26 at 8:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "SCARZ" if SCARZ win the match against CAG Osaka. This market will resolve to "CAG Osaka" if CAG Osaka win the match against SCARZ. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven purely by trader belief and financial risk. Esports betting markets, including Rainbow Six Siege matchups, may show wider gaps than traditional sports because sportsbook coverage is thinner and prediction market participants include dedicated esports analysts. Comparing the two can reveal where one venue undervalues or overvalues a team relative to the other.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the ratio of shares held and traded, with prices updating continuously as new orders flow in. Higher trading volume typically narrows spreads and increases price efficiency, while lower volume can create wider bid-ask gaps. Prices converge toward the true outcome as the event date approaches and new information becomes available.
This market resolves around Jun 26, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-one encounter in the Asia Pacific League APAC North Stage 1 Group Stage. Resolution depends on official league records and broadcast confirmation rather than any single third-party feed, ensuring accuracy and transparency for all traders.
Several factors can shift odds before the match plays out. Team roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute substitutions announced by either squad will likely trigger repricing. Recent tournament results and head-to-head records between SCARZ and CAG Osaka may influence trader confidence as the event draws closer. In-game meta shifts, patch updates to Rainbow Six Siege, or coaching adjustments could also sway sentiment. As the match date approaches, any official statements about team preparation or competitive form typically generate trading activity.
