This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege Lower bracket semifinal match between Rival Esports and Man eSports LFO in the Asia Pacific League Oceania - Stage 1 Playoffs, initially scheduled for July 14 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Rival Esports" if Rival Esports win the match against Man eSports LFO. This market will resolve to "Man eSports LFO" if Man eSports LFO win the match against Rival Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate beliefs from traders risking real capital on outcomes. This market aggregates the collective forecast of participants who profit by predicting accurately, which can reveal insights that differ from traditional betting lines. Comparing this market's implied probability to sportsbook spreads may highlight where one venue perceives edge relative to the other.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome has a price between 0 and 100 cents, representing the probability traders assign to that result. As more capital flows toward one outcome, its price rises and the competing outcome's price falls. This continuous repricing mechanism means the odds you see reflect the most recent consensus among active traders, updated in real time as new information emerges or positions shift.
This market resolves around Jul 14, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be determined by which team wins the best-of-three series in the Asia Pacific League Oceania Stage 1 Playoffs. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the final game, pending confirmation from official league records or broadcast coverage.
Several catalysts may shift odds before the match begins. Roster announcements, player injuries, or last-minute lineup changes could alter perceived team strength. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and performance trends in the Asia Pacific region often influence trader sentiment. Pre-match interviews, coaching adjustments, or public statements from team leadership may also trigger repricing. Additionally, betting activity from sharp traders or sudden volume spikes can signal new information, prompting broader market movement as other participants react and rebalance their positions.
