This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Outlast and 100 Thieves in the North America League Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 2 at 5:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Outlast" if Outlast win the match against 100 Thieves. This market will resolve to "100 Thieves" if 100 Thieves win the match against Outlast. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets price outcomes based on trader conviction and real-money risk. This market aggregates the views of thousands of independent forecasters rather than a single oddsmaker, sometimes surfacing information gaps or contrarian sentiment. Comparing this market's implied probability to major sportsbook lines can reveal where consensus differs and highlight potential value opportunities before the match begins.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker (AMM) system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the current probability assigned by the market; as more capital flows into one outcome, its price rises and the implied probability adjusts upward. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market remains responsive to new information, breaking news, or shifts in player availability. Liquidity depth and order flow patterns also influence how quickly prices move in response to fresh developments.
This market resolves around Jul 3, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege match between Outlast and 100 Thieves concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the final score and winner of the best-of-one matchup during the North America League Stage 1 Group Stage. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the match end, after official league confirmation. Traders should monitor the event schedule and any postponements or rescheduling announcements that could affect the resolution timeline.
Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute lineup adjustments announced by either team. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and performance trends in prior league matches often trigger repricing as traders update their forecasts. Map selection and bans can also shift sentiment, since certain teams excel on specific Rainbow Six Siege maps. Media reports on team morale, coaching changes, or strategic innovations may prompt traders to reassess win probability. Finally, betting activity itself can create momentum, as large trades sometimes signal informed positioning and attract follow-on volume.
