This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Man eSports LFO and 6Targets Esports in the Asia Pacific League Oceania - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 22 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Man eSports LFO" if Man eSports LFO win the match against 6Targets Esports. This market will resolve to "6Targets Esports" if 6Targets Esports win the match against Man eSports LFO. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant pools and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by trader consensus and real-money conviction. For esports matches, prediction markets can sometimes react faster to roster news or scrim results that traditional sportsbooks haven't yet priced in. Comparing this market's implied probability to major sportsbook lines can reveal value opportunities, though both sources should be treated as independent signals rather than confirmations of each other.
On Polymarket, traders set the price of this market through an automated market maker mechanism where buying shares pushes the price up and selling pushes it down. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the collective belief of all active traders about which team will win the best-of-one match. As the event date approaches and new information surfaces—such as player availability, recent tournament results, or in-game meta shifts—the price adjusts dynamically. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices move in response to new catalysts.
This market resolves around Jun 22, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which team wins the best-of-one fixture in the Asia Pacific League Oceania Stage 1 Group Stage. Traders holding shares in the winning team receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the match's completion, pending confirmation from official league records or broadcast data.
Key catalysts that could shift this market include roster announcements or player substitutions, recent tournament performance by either team, meta changes in the competitive Rainbow Six Siege environment, and injury or availability updates. Scrim results or leaked gameplay footage circulating in the esports community can also trigger repricing. Odds may tighten or widen based on betting action itself—sharp money flowing into one side can signal informed confidence. Analyst predictions or community sentiment shifts on social media and esports forums may influence trader positioning as well.
