PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi's resolution logic contains a logical contradiction where both possible match outcomes (INTZ win or Imperial Esports win) are specified to resolve to Yes, making the market unresolvable as a binary contract. Polymarket provides coherent, mutually exclusive resolution paths.Hero tip: Avoid trading Kalshi until the platform clarifies the intended resolution. The market as written violates binary logic - both outcomes cannot resolve to Yes. Polymarket's market is tradeable and follows standard esports resolution conventions.

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Resolves to Imperial Esports if they win, INTZ if they win, or 50-50 for cancellations/ties/delays beyond 7 days/pre-match forfeits. Source: Liquipedia with 2-hour credible reporting fallback. Clear, mutually exclusive outcomes.
  • Kalshi: States 'If INTZ wins... resolves to Yes' and separately 'If Imperial Esports wins... resolves to Yes'. No path to No resolution exists. Logical contradiction makes market unresolvable.
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Polymarket

This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Imperial Esports and INTZ in the South America League Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 12 at 12:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Imperial Esports" if Imperial Esports win the match against INTZ. This market will resolve to "INTZ" if INTZ win the match against Imperial Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Kalshi

Resolution is determined by the outcome of the INTZ vs. Imperial Esports Rainbow Six Siege match scheduled for July 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT as part of the South America League Stage 1 2026 season. This structure ensures that one of the two competing teams will trigger a Yes resolution, covering all standard match outcomes between these competitors.

Frequently asked questions

This dashboard aggregates prediction market data for the Imperial Esports vs INTZ match across Polymarket and Kalshi, tracking real-time odds on the match outcome. Traders on both platforms are pricing their views of which team will win this best-of-one Rainbow Six Siege encounter in the South America League Stage 1 Group Stage. The cross-platform view reveals consensus probability and volume trends, helping you see where smart money is flowing and whether one platform's odds diverge significantly from the other. This aggregated lens is useful for spotting arbitrage opportunities or confirming conviction before placing a trade.

Prediction market odds reflect real-time trader sentiment and are often more efficient than traditional sportsbook lines because they aggregate dispersed information from many participants. Unlike sportsbooks, which set fixed odds and manage risk through vigorish, prediction markets update continuously as new information arrives. For esports matches like this one, prediction markets can react faster to roster changes, recent form, or scrim results. However, sportsbooks may offer tighter spreads on high-volume events. Both sources are useful: sportsbooks for benchmarking, prediction markets for detecting shifts in consensus before mainstream media catches up.

Polymarket and Kalshi may price this market differently due to variations in user base, liquidity depth, and settlement rule interpretation. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts traders with different risk tolerances and information sets, so the marginal buyer or seller can shift odds independently. Polymarket's AMM-style mechanics and Kalshi's order-book model also process large trades differently, creating temporary dislocations. These gaps typically narrow as arbitrageurs trade across platforms, but during low-liquidity windows or around breaking news, meaningful spreads can persist for hours.

Market odds will shift in response to roster announcements, recent scrim results, injury or player availability updates, and any official league communications. Betting action itself can move prices as large traders enter or exit positions. Pre-match analysis from esports commentators and community consensus can also influence trader conviction. Closer to match time, live-stream viewer counts and team warm-up performance may trigger late repositioning. Monitor team social media and esports news outlets for tactical adjustments or last-minute roster changes that could alter win probability.
