The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate the collective beliefs of traders risking real capital. For esports matchups like this one, prediction market prices may react faster to roster changes, recent performance, or community sentiment, whereas sportsbooks may lag or apply wider margins. Comparing the two can reveal where informed traders see value relative to conventional betting lines.
On Polymarket, traders set the price of this market through an automated market maker that adjusts odds based on order flow and share inventory. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the aggregate confidence of all participants holding positions. As more traders buy or sell shares, the price shifts to balance supply and demand, creating a continuous price discovery mechanism that updates in real time throughout the trading window.
This market resolves around Jun 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution hinges on the final score and winner of the best-of-one Rainbow Six Siege match between the two teams in the Asia Pacific League Stage 1 Group Stage. Once the event concludes and the result is officially documented, the market settles accordingly.
Several factors may shift odds before the match concludes. Last-minute roster announcements, player substitutions, or injury updates can alter perceived team strength. Recent tournament performance, head-to-head records, and map selection can influence trader sentiment. Community discussion, expert analysis, and betting patterns on competing platforms may also cascade into this market. In-game momentum and early round outcomes, if visible during the broadcast, could trigger sharp repricing as new information emerges.
