This event group concerns a Rainbow Six Siege match between HL tauri Esports and Elevate in the Asia Pacific League Asia Stage 1 Group Stage, scheduled for June 30 at 7:00 AM ET. The Kalshi platform data appears to reference an unrelated South America League match (LOUD vs. FURIA), creating a critical data integrity issue. The Polymarket data correctly specifies the HL tauri vs. Elevate match with detailed resolution rules.

In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts different trader demographics, risk tolerances, and information sets. Kalshi's regulatory structure and user base may price conservatively, while Polymarket's global reach can surface faster-moving esports-native traders. Liquidity depth also differs: if one platform has concentrated volume, large trades move prices more dramatically. Additionally, platform-specific rules around market hours, settlement timelines, and dispute resolution can create arbitrage opportunities. These price gaps typically narrow closer to match resolution as informed traders exploit discrepancies.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, player substitutions, or last-minute lineup changes from either team. Scrim results or recent tournament performance by HL tauri or Elevate can shift trader conviction significantly. Map pool updates or balance patches to Rainbow Six Siege may favor one team's playstyle. Injury reports, visa delays, or travel disruptions could alter competitive readiness. Media coverage, expert predictions, and community sentiment on social platforms also influence market pricing. Any official league statement regarding format changes or scheduling adjustments will trigger repricing across both platforms.
