This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Fnatic and Shifters in the Europe MENA League Stage 2 Group Stage, initially scheduled for September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "Fnatic" if Fnatic win the match against Shifters. This market will resolve to "Shifters" if Shifters win the match against Fnatic. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market represents the collective wisdom of traders. If a significant difference emerges between the implied probability on Polymarket and sportsbook odds, it could indicate disagreement about the teams’ relative strengths or potential strategic approaches. Discrepancies can also arise from differing levels of information available to each group, or simply varying risk appetites among bettors and traders.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares fluctuates based on supply and demand, ultimately reflecting the market’s aggregate prediction. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The closer the match gets, the more sensitive the price will become to new information or shifts in sentiment. This dynamic pricing allows for a constantly updated assessment of the likelihood of either team, Fnatic or Shifters, winning the BO1 match.
This market resolves around Sep 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Rainbow Six Siege match between Fnatic and Shifters, as reported by the league organizers. The winning team, as determined by the BO1 format, will dictate the settlement of this market. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how their shares will be settled.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or potential roster changes for either Fnatic or Shifters could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about map picks or bans could also have an impact. Furthermore, the performance of these teams in other recent matches, or any analysis from esports experts, might sway opinions and lead to increased trading volume. Overall, any information that alters perceptions of the teams’ chances of winning could move this market.
