PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi's market contains a logical contradiction where both possible outcomes (Heretics win and Fnatic win) are specified to resolve to Yes, making the market mathematically unresolvable. Polymarket provides a coherent binary framework.Hero tip: Do not trade on Kalshi's version. The market is structurally broken and cannot be settled fairly. Use Polymarket as the sole reliable source for this event.

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Binary outcome market with clear resolution logic: Fnatic wins resolves to Fnatic, Heretics wins resolves to Heretics. Edge cases (cancellation, tie, delay beyond 7 days, pre-match forfeit) resolve 50-50. Post-match forfeit/disqualification resolves to the winning team. Source: Liquipedia with 2-hour fallback to credible reporting.
  • Kalshi: Market contains unresolvable logical contradiction. Both conditions state 'resolves to Yes': 'If Heretics wins...resolves to Yes' AND 'If Fnatic wins...resolves to Yes'. No outcome can satisfy both conditions, rendering the market incapable of settlement.
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Polymarket

This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Fnatic and Heretics in the Europe MENA League Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 15 at 4:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Fnatic" if Fnatic win the match against Heretics. This market will resolve to "Heretics" if Heretics win the match against Fnatic. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Kalshi

Resolution is determined by the outcome of the Europe MENA League Stage 1 2026 Rainbow Six Siege match between Heretics and Fnatic scheduled for June 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. The market resolves to Yes for whichever team wins the match.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction markets like those tracking this match operate on peer-to-peer pricing rather than traditional sportsbook margins. Traders on these platforms directly set odds by buying and selling shares, which often reflects sharper, less-biased estimates than sportsbooks that build in vigorish and manage liability. Prediction markets typically offer tighter spreads and faster price discovery, especially for esports events where specialized knowledge concentrates among participants. However, sportsbooks may offer better liquidity for large bets and faster payouts.

Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts different trader demographics, regulatory frameworks, and liquidity pools, which naturally produces price variation. Polymarket and Kalshi use distinct market structures and fee models that influence how quickly prices converge to consensus. Arbitrage opportunities between the two can persist due to withdrawal delays, platform-specific trading costs, or temporary imbalances in order flow. Monitoring both venues reveals which side of this market may be undervalued relative to the other.

Key catalysts include roster changes or player substitutions announced by either team, recent performance trends in qualifying rounds, and head-to-head map pick history. Injury or availability updates for key players can shift odds significantly. Meta shifts in the current Rainbow Six Siege patch, new map bans, or tactical innovations by either squad may also influence trader positioning. League standings updates and playoff implications for both teams will drive late-stage repricing as the match approaches.
