This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between FearX and CAG Osaka in the Asia Pacific League APAC North - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 19 at 8:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "FearX" if FearX win the match against CAG Osaka. This market will resolve to "CAG Osaka" if CAG Osaka win the match against FearX. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one price outcomes through continuous trader participation and real-money incentives. Traders here profit by accurately forecasting results, creating a direct financial motivation to price this market efficiently. Sportsbook odds may lag behind emerging information or reflect public betting patterns rather than pure probability. Comparing the two can reveal valuable discrepancies, though prediction market prices tend to aggregate dispersed knowledge more dynamically.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the balance between bullish and bearish positions, with each trade adjusting the price incrementally. Liquidity providers and speculators continuously update valuations based on team form, roster changes, recent performance, and other tactical factors relevant to the matchup. As new information emerges—injury reports, coaching adjustments, or head-to-head history—the price adjusts to reflect shifting expectations about which team is more likely to secure victory in this best-of-one encounter.
This market resolves around Jun 19, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which team wins the best-of-one format—a single map decides the contest with no second chances. Resolution hinges on the official match result as reported by the Asia Pacific League or recognized esports data providers. Traders should monitor official league announcements and broadcast confirmations to anticipate resolution timing, as any delays in official reporting could extend the settlement window.
Several catalysts could shift odds before the match concludes. Roster announcements, player substitutions, or last-minute lineup changes announced by either team would likely trigger repricing. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and map pool meta shifts in the current Rainbow Six Siege season all influence trader confidence. Injury or availability updates for key players can swing sentiment sharply. Pre-match interviews, coach statements, or leaked practice scrim results may also sway the market. Additionally, live in-game momentum—early round wins or tactical adjustments during the match itself—could prompt traders to adjust positions if the market remains open during play.
