This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Elevate and Team Orchid in the Asia Pacific League Asia - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 18 at 9:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Elevate" if Elevate win the match against Team Orchid. This market will resolve to "Team Orchid" if Team Orchid win the match against Elevate. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets price outcomes through continuous trader participation and real money at stake. This market may show different implied probabilities than major sportsbooks, particularly as match day approaches and new information surfaces. Comparing the two can reveal where professional bettors and casual traders disagree on the likely winner, offering perspective on consensus strength.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the aggregate belief of all active traders at any given moment. As new developments emerge—team announcements, player performance data, or tactical insights—traders adjust their positions, moving prices higher or lower. This continuous repricing mechanism means the market naturally incorporates available information and can shift rapidly if credible news breaks before the match begins.
This market resolves around Jun 18, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which team wins the best-of-one Rainbow Six Siege encounter in the Asia Pacific League Stage 1 Group Stage. Resolution hinges on the final match result as officially recorded by the league or broadcast coverage, with no ambiguity over draw or overtime scenarios given the single-game format. Traders should monitor official league communications and broadcast schedules to anticipate resolution timing.
Key catalysts include roster changes or player substitutions announced by either team, injury updates affecting key operators, recent head-to-head performance data, and meta shifts in the Rainbow Six competitive landscape. Scrim results or practice footage leaks can shift trader sentiment if they suggest one team has developed a strong counter-strategy. Pre-match interviews or coach statements about tactical preparation may also influence odds. Additionally, broader Asia Pacific League standings and playoff implications could affect team motivation, while live broadcast commentary during the match itself will drive final price movements as the outcome becomes clearer.
