This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege Upper bracket semifinal 2 match between DarkZero Esports and Wildcard Gaming in the North America League Stage 1 Playoffs, initially scheduled for July 9 at 5:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "DarkZero Esports" if DarkZero Esports win the match against Wildcard Gaming. This market will resolve to "Wildcard Gaming" if Wildcard Gaming win the match against DarkZero Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets like Polymarket aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. For esports matchups, sportsbooks may have tighter information on team rosters and recent form, whereas prediction markets can incorporate real-time sentiment shifts. Neither source is inherently more accurate; comparing both provides a fuller picture of where professional oddsmakers and decentralized traders stand on this market's outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting on the Rainbow Six Siege competitive circuit. The outcome will be confirmed based on the official series score and whether it reaches a decisive third game. Until that point, odds may fluctuate as new information emerges—team roster updates, recent performance trends, or live match developments. Resolution is final once the event is publicly documented by recognized esports news sources and league officials.
Several catalysts could shift odds before the match unfolds. Roster announcements or player substitutions for either DarkZero or Wildcard would signal a change in competitive strength. Recent tournament results, map pool updates, or patch changes to Rainbow Six Siege itself can reshape strategic matchups. Injury or availability news, coaching changes, or public statements from team leadership may also influence trader sentiment. As the scheduled date approaches, any leaked scrim results or analyst commentary could trigger sharp price movements, especially in the final hours before competition begins.
