If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by traders seeking to profit on accurate forecasts. For esports matchups, prediction markets may incorporate real-time team form and community expertise more fluidly than sportsbooks update their lines. Comparing the two can reveal where public sentiment on this market differs from professional oddsmakers' assessments.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader activity into real-time probabilities. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Shares representing each outcome trade continuously, and the price you see reflects the cumulative bets of all participants. As more traders buy shares predicting one team's victory, that outcome's price rises and its implied probability increases. The spread between bid and ask prices tightens or widens based on liquidity and trading volume at any given moment.
This market resolves around Jul 1, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege match concludes and the winner is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which team wins the best-of-one format; there is no draw or tie in this competition. Resolution occurs after the match result is confirmed through official league reporting or broadcast coverage, ensuring accuracy before traders receive their payouts based on the correct outcome.
Team roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements could shift trader sentiment significantly. Recent performance in prior APAC North matches, scrim results, or tactical adjustments shared publicly may influence confidence in either side. Meta shifts in Rainbow Six Siege gameplay or map pool updates could favor one team's playstyle over the other. Betting activity itself—large trades or sudden volume spikes—often signals informed traders entering the market, prompting others to reassess their positions and move prices accordingly.
