This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege Upper bracket final match between CAG by VARREL and Dplus in the Asia Pacific League APAC North - Stage 1 Playoffs, initially scheduled for July 16 at 6:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "CAG by VARREL" if CAG by VARREL win the match against Dplus. This market will resolve to "Dplus" if Dplus win the match against CAG by VARREL. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set odds to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets are driven by trader consensus and real-money skin-in-the-game dynamics. For esports events like this one, prediction markets may react faster to roster changes, recent performance, or community sentiment, whereas sportsbooks adjust more cautiously to manage risk. Comparing the two can reveal where sharp traders see value relative to conventional betting lines.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader orders into real-time probabilities. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The top outcome reflects the current implied likelihood of the series result, with prices updating continuously as new trades execute. Traders buy or sell shares representing each possible outcome, and the cumulative order flow determines the displayed odds. This mechanism ensures prices remain responsive to new information and participant conviction throughout the trading window.
This market resolves around Jul 16, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege playoff series concludes and the winner is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which team wins the best-of-three matchup in the Asia Pacific League APAC North Stage 1 Playoffs. Resolution occurs after the final game is played and official results are confirmed by the league or tournament organizers. Traders should monitor the official league schedule and broadcast channels for real-time updates as the event unfolds.
Several factors may shift trader sentiment before resolution. Recent team performance, roster announcements, or player substitutions can alter perceived matchup strength. In-game momentum during earlier rounds of the playoffs may influence confidence in either team's ability to advance. Community analysis, expert commentary, and social media discussion often precede price moves as new information spreads. Additionally, any technical issues, delays, or unexpected rule changes could trigger volatility. Traders typically watch for lineup confirmations and pre-match interviews as final catalysts before the series begins.
