This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between Arcade Esports and Rival Esports in the Asia Pacific League Oceania - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 15 at 6:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Arcade Esports" if Arcade Esports win the match against Rival Esports. This market will resolve to "Rival Esports" if Rival Esports win the match against Arcade Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets derive prices from continuous trader activity and real-money stakes. This market reflects aggregated trader conviction rather than a bookmaker's margin-adjusted line. Comparing this market's implied probability to sportsbook spreads can reveal where public prediction diverges from professional oddsmaking, though both sources incorporate similar underlying information about team form, recent results, and head-to-head dynamics.
On Polymarket, traders set the price by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the ratio of capital allocated to each outcome, with higher prices indicating stronger trader confidence. As new information emerges—roster changes, recent tournament results, or community analysis—traders adjust their positions, moving the price in real time. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market stays responsive to shifting expectations about who will win.
This market resolves around Jun 15, 2026, once the Asia Pacific League Oceania Stage 1 Group Stage match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the final score and winner of the best-of-one Rainbow Six Siege fixture between the two teams. Resolution occurs after the match is officially completed and confirmed through league records or trusted esports news sources, at which point traders' positions settle based on the confirmed result.
Several factors could shift trader positioning before the match concludes. Recent tournament performances, roster announcements, or injury reports affecting either team may trigger repricing. Scrim results or community commentary from esports analysts could influence confidence levels. In-game momentum during the match itself—if streamed live—may prompt last-minute trading as viewers gain real-time information about map control and round outcomes. Additionally, historical head-to-head records or meta shifts in Rainbow Six Siege gameplay could prompt traders to reassess their edge and adjust their stakes accordingly.
