This market refers to the Rainbow Six Siege match between 6Targets Esports and Chiefs Esports Club in the Asia Pacific League Oceania - Stage 1 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 15 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "6Targets Esports" if 6Targets Esports win the match against Chiefs Esports Club. This market will resolve to "Chiefs Esports Club" if Chiefs Esports Club win the match against 6Targets Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/rainbowsix/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are driven purely by trader conviction and information flow. This market aggregates the collective judgment of esports predictors without the house edge built into sportsbook spreads, potentially offering a purer signal of true match likelihood. Comparing the two can reveal where informed traders see value relative to conventional betting lines.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker, with each share worth one dollar if that outcome occurs. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome at any moment reflects the cumulative trades of all participants, creating a continuous probability estimate. Higher-priced outcomes signal stronger market confidence, while lower prices indicate skepticism. As new information emerges—team roster changes, recent performance, or injury reports—traders adjust positions, moving prices to reflect updated expectations.
This market resolves around Jun 15, 2026, once the Rainbow Six Siege match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The winning outcome is determined by which team secures victory in the best-of-one format during the Asia Pacific League Oceania Stage 1 Group Stage. Resolution occurs after the match is officially completed and confirmed by league records or reputable esports news outlets, ensuring accuracy before payouts are distributed to winning traders.
Key catalysts include roster announcements or player substitutions, recent tournament results and team form, map pool updates or balance patches to the game, and pre-match analysis from esports commentators and analysts. Injury or availability news for key players can shift sentiment sharply. Live match updates—early round wins, momentum swings, or tactical adjustments—will drive trading activity as the event unfolds. Media coverage and expert predictions published closer to game day may also influence trader positioning and market prices.
