On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price reflects the aggregated sentiment of all participants, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event’s likelihood. This contrasts with fixed-odds betting where the odds are set in advance and do not change based on subsequent trading activity.
This market resolves around Oct 30, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Pyrtyk vs. Shcherbak match, as determined by the governing sports organization. The platform will verify the result against publicly available and reliable sources to ensure accuracy. Traders who correctly predicted the outcome will receive a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution. It's important to monitor the event's progress leading up to this date.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Oct 30, 2026. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in form, or tactical adjustments could shift trader sentiment.
