This market tracks whether the Atlanta pro football team will win at least 4 games during the 2026 regular season. Currently, the consensus probability across Kalshi and Polymarket is 99.0% that they will achieve this. Resolution will be determined based on official NFL regular season results, specifically if the Atlanta team wins at least 12 games in the 2026-27 regular season. Keep an eye on the team’s performance throughout the 2026 season, with final resolution expected around January 18, 2027, following the conclusion of the regular season.
This market will resolve according to the final regular season record of the listed team during the 2026 NFL Regular Season. If the listed team records more than the listed number of wins, the corresponding market will resolve to its corresponding "Over". Otherwise, it will resolve to its corresponding "Under". If at any point it becomes statistically impossible for the listed team to record more than the listed number of wins per the rules of the NFL, the corresponding market will resolve to its corresponding "Under". If the NFL Regular Season is cancelled, partially completed, or postponed after January 15, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, these markets will resolve to "50-50". The resolution source will be official information from the National Football League (https://www.nfl.com); however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
Resolution is determined by the total number of regular season wins achieved by the Atlanta Pro Football team during the 2026-27 season. Each outcome corresponds to a specific win threshold: the team must accumulate at least that threshold to resolve to Yes. The thresholds range progressively from one win through seventeen wins. Outcomes are mutually exclusive and cumulative in nature—a team that achieves 10 wins satisfies all thresholds from 1 through 10 wins. Resolution uses official NFL records for regular season games only, excluding preseason, playoffs, and any other competitions. The final win total is determined at the conclusion of the regular season.
Prediction market odds often provide a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. While sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, this market reflects the aggregated predictions of informed traders. This can lead to discrepancies, especially as new information emerges. Sportsbooks may be quicker to react to breaking news, but prediction markets can be more resistant to biases and may offer a more accurate forecast over time. Both offer valuable insights, but understanding their different mechanisms is key to interpreting the odds effectively.
Prices on Polymarket and Kalshi can diverge due to several factors. Differences in trader participation, liquidity, and even the specific user interfaces can influence pricing. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform also attracts a slightly different mix of traders, leading to varying interpretations of the available information. Currently, Polymarket currently favors Will the Minnesota Vikings win more than 8.5 games in the 2026 NFL Regular Season? at 88.5%, while Kalshi leans toward Will the Atlanta pro football team win at least 4 games this season? at 98.0%. These differences are normal and represent the independent assessment of each market.
This market resolves around Jan 18, 2027, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final regular season win-loss records for each NFL team will be used to determine whether the market resolves in favor of the ‘over’ or ‘under’ for each team's win total. The official NFL standings, as published by the league, will serve as the definitive source for this information. The outcome will be based on completed games during the 2026 NFL regular season.
Numerous factors could influence trading activity in this market. Significant player injuries, coaching changes, or unexpected team performance during the preseason and regular season will all likely impact prices. Major trades or free agent signings could also shift expectations. Even external factors, such as rule changes or shifts in the competitive landscape of the league, could play a role. Monitoring these events and their potential impact on team performance is crucial for understanding movements within this market.
