Generally, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely adjust probabilities based on their own analysis. If there’s a significant discrepancy, it might indicate that the market believes a sportsbook has mispriced a player’s chances, or that new information hasn't fully been incorporated into sportsbook lines. It’s common to see the market odds move independently of sportsbook movements, especially as the season progresses and more data becomes available.
