Prediction market odds in this market often diverge from traditional sportsbook lines due to different participant motivations and information sources. While sportsbooks may reflect broader public betting trends, prediction markets capture sharper, community-driven insights — especially for niche events like this one. Traders on Polymarket set prices based on their own analysis, which can lead to more volatile or contrarian odds compared to mainstream sportsbooks.
