Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market’s prices are driven purely by traders’ willingness to buy or sell, representing their collective belief about the outcome. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both platforms. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities, and neither is guaranteed to be perfectly accurate.

This market resolves around Sep 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning team, as determined by the official score, will dictate the settlement of this market. Traders holding 'yes' shares for the winning team will receive a payout, while those holding 'no' shares will not.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team strategy, or unexpected performance in preceding matches could shift trader sentiment.
