Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect aggregated trader sentiment rather than set bookmaker probabilities. In this market, the trader-driven price may show sharper movements around news or analyst updates. Sportsbook odds incorporate different risk models and may include adjustments for broader betting patterns. Comparing the two can reveal where crowd insight diverges from institutional lines, helping bettors spot potential value.
