Description

This event tracks home run performance by specific players in an upcoming baseball game between Pittsburgh and San Diego. Outcomes depend on whether designated players hit certain numbers of home runs during the match. The rules ensure fair resolution based on player participation and plate appearances.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on whether specified players hit a defined minimum number of home runs in the Pittsburgh vs San Diego game scheduled for August 24, 2026. For each market, if the named player records the required number of home runs (1 or more, or 2 or more), that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. Player participation is critical: if a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, the market resolves to the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats do not count. Only players who start and record at least one plate appearance contribute to the settlement. All markets are independent, and each has its own threshold for home runs. Kalshi disclaims any official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
