The event tracks cumulative performance metrics for specific players in an upcoming baseball game between Pittsburgh and Chicago. Each market evaluates whether a designated player achieves a minimum threshold of combined hits, runs, and RBIs during the match. Outcomes are determined solely by the player's statistical contributions when they participate in the game.
All markets resolve based on a player's total hits, runs, and RBIs in the specified game. If a player is scratched, starts but has no plate appearances, or enters later as a pinch hitter, the market resolves at fair market price. Only plate appearances while in the starting lineup or as a starter count toward the total; pinch-hit appearances are excluded. Each market has a distinct threshold (1+, 2+, etc.) for the combined metric, with resolution contingent on meeting or exceeding that threshold during valid participation.
