Should both teams score an equal number of runs in the 3rd inning, the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. In any case where the game is called before the completion of the 3rd inning, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 3rd inning are considered for resolution, and Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league.
