If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 2nd inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the completion of the 2nd inning, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 2nd inning are considered for resolution, and Kalshi clarifies it has no official affiliation with the governing league.
