On many prediction platforms, odds reflect a decentralized consensus that can diverge from traditional sportsbook lines. For this market, prediction markets may price in nuances like recent form or weather conditions more dynamically. The spread between prediction and sportsbook odds often narrows closer to the match, but differences can offer arbitrage opportunities or signal where algorithmic traders see value versus the broader public.
