Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 25, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official A-League statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers (a-league.com.au); if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
The match outcome is determined by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only (no extra time or penalties).
Exactly one of three mutually exclusive outcomes will occur: Perth Glory FC wins, Brisbane Roar FC wins, or the match ends in a draw.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Perth and Brisbane win markets resolve NO, and the draw market resolves YES.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the rescheduled match is completed.
Cancellation Without Makeup: If the match is canceled with no make-up game scheduled, Perth Glory and Brisbane Roar win markets resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES.
Resolution Source Delay: If official A-League statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may use consensus from credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by the A-League governing body or event organizers, or within 2 hours post-match via credible reporting consensus if official sources are delayed.
