This market tracks the outcome of the first map in an upcoming professional League of Legends match between two teams. The result depends solely on which team secures the victory in that specific map during the scheduled competition. It reflects the strategic opening clash in a best-of-series format, where early momentum can significantly influence the overall match dynamics.
The market resolves based on the result of map 1 in the TCL 2026 match between PCIFIC and Bushido Wildcats, scheduled for September 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. If PCIFIC wins map 1, the PCIFIC market resolves to Yes, and the Bushido Wildcats market resolves to No. Conversely, if Bushido Wildcats wins map 1, their market resolves to Yes, and PCIFIC's market resolves to No. If the match or map is postponed beyond 48 hours of the original start time, cancelled, or forfeited before any play begins, both markets resolve to the fair market price. If a map begins and is later forfeited, the market resolves according to the official result published by the tournament organizer. Kalshi is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Typically, prediction market odds reflect a different set of information and incentives than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market relies on the wisdom of the crowd. As a result, you may find that the implied probabilities from Kalshi diverge from those offered by traditional sportsbooks, especially as new information emerges and traders update their assessments. It’s common to see discrepancies, particularly for events with significant public interest or where expert opinion is divided.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the market’s current assessment of the probability of that outcome occurring. Traders set the odds by placing bids and asks, and the market price fluctuates based on supply and demand. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows for a real-time aggregation of diverse perspectives and information, leading to a constantly updated probability assessment for the PCIFIC vs. Bushido Wildcats match.
This market resolves around Sep 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of Map 1 of the PCIFIC vs. Bushido Wildcats match. The platform will verify the outcome against publicly available sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders who correctly predicted the result will receive a payout based on the final market price at resolution, while those who predicted incorrectly will forfeit their stake.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Sep 11, 2026. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes for either the PCIFIC or the Bushido Wildcats could shift trader sentiment. Major upsets in other matches leading up to this event could also impact perceptions of team strength. Unexpected technical issues during the match itself could also lead to price adjustments.
