If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their risk and incorporate a profit margin, while this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in how each assesses the probabilities involved. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks, especially as the event approaches and more data becomes available.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share reflects the market’s implied probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the evolving consensus. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movements are driven by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular score is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most up-to-date predictions.
This market resolves around Sep 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Paysandu SC PA vs. Brusque FC SC match will determine the winning exact score. Any official sources reporting the final score will be used to verify the outcome. The resolution process is designed to be transparent and rely on publicly available information to ensure an accurate and fair settlement of this market.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market before the match concludes. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or even weather conditions could shift trader sentiment and impact the odds. Unexpected announcements about team strategy or coaching decisions might also play a role. Furthermore, as the match progresses, live game events – such as early goals or red cards – will undoubtedly cause significant fluctuations in the market as traders react to the unfolding situation.
