The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. On Polymarket, this market reflects trader sentiment through decentralized odds, which can diverge from traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction markets often price in real-time shifts and niche insights, leading to different implied probabilities than sportsbooks. The gap between these two pricing models may be especially wide for less mainstream matchups. For the Parma vs Catania exact score market, this difference highlights how trader speculation and public betting behavior can shape expectations differently across platforms.
Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Market design and user bases drive pricing differences between Polymarket and Kalshi. Each platform attracts distinct traders, influencing how odds form. For this market, factors such as liquidity depth and recent betting trends can cause the platforms to price outcomes differently. These variations underscore how each venue's community interprets the likelihood of various exact scores independently.
Injuries to key players, weather forecasts, or tactical announcements from coaches can all shift this market. If a star striker is ruled out, probabilities for higher-scoring outcomes may drop sharply. Likewise, any last-minute lineup changes or referee announcements often create rapid swings in trader sentiment before the match kicks off.
