Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 10, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Ligue 1 statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves based on the final outcome of the Paris FC vs. AS Monaco FC match after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time (no extra time or penalties).
Three mutually exclusive outcomes: Paris FC win (YES on Polymarket Paris win market, YES on Kalshi Paris market), AS Monaco FC win (YES on Polymarket Monaco win market, YES on Kalshi Monaco market), or draw (YES on Polymarket draw market, YES on Kalshi Tie market).
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Polymarket Paris and Monaco win markets resolve NO, draw market resolves YES; Kalshi markets resolve based on the actual outcome if rescheduled, or follow cancellation protocol if no reschedule occurs.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, both platforms keep markets open until the match is completed. Resolution occurs only after the rescheduled match concludes.
Match Cancellation Without Reschedule: On Polymarket, Paris and Monaco win markets resolve NO, and the draw market resolves YES. Kalshi follows the same logic: if no reschedule occurs, the outcome is treated as a draw.
Resolution Source Hierarchy: Primary source is official Ligue 1 governing body statistics. If official statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus is used as fallback.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by Ligue 1 or governing body, or within 2 hours post-match via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
