Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the granular nature of predicting an exact score. While sportsbooks may offer broader outcome categories, prediction markets let traders speculate on precise scores, sometimes yielding higher potential returns for less common outcomes. The two pricing models reflect different risk assessments and trader participation dynamics.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds for each possible score by buying and selling shares. The current top outcome reflects the score with the highest share price, indicating where most trading volume is concentrated. Market prices adjust dynamically based on new bets, news, and shifts in trader confidence as the match date nears.
This market resolves around Aug 23, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact final score reported by official match records determines the winning outcome, and the market settles accordingly based on those authoritative sources.
