Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
All platforms resolve based on the official match result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 18, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations across Polymarket and Kalshi.
Primary resolution logic:
Official statistics from Lega Serie B (legaserieb.it) or governing body; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus.
Core resolution logic:
Exactly one of three mutually exclusive outcomes will occur: Palermo win, Cesena win, or draw.
Each outcome resolves YES on the platform offering that specific market; all other outcomes resolve NO.
Resolution is based solely on the result within 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled with no make-up game, Palermo win and Cesena win markets resolve NO, and the draw market resolves YES.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the rescheduled match is completed and the result is official.
Match Cancellation Without Reschedule: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, Palermo win and Cesena win markets resolve NO; the draw market resolves YES.
Delayed Official Publication: If the governing body does not publish final match statistics within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may be based on consensus of credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by Lega Serie B or the governing body, or within 2 hours post-match via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
